Return Policy

Quality is our highest priority. Get Noticed wants you to have a wonderful shopping experience and to ensure your satisfaction we provide an Return & Exchange Policy.

We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased from Get Noticed with the original invoice/receipt for a full refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility when returning or exchanging items. Get Noticed recommends that our customers mail returns/exchange with insurance, to protect in case of any loss/damage during shipping. Get Noticed is not responsible for any loss/damaged items received by the customer.

Returns are accepted within 10 days from the shipped date. Example: Item shipped from Get Noticed on the 1st must be returned/exchanged with a posting date of the 10th of the month.
If your exchange requires additional charges, the credit card used for the original previous order will be charged for the remaining balance. The exchange product will ship immediately within 24 hours of confirmed payment.

Final Sale: All items marked “Sale” are final, they cannot be returned for refund or exchange. All accessories, lingerie, cosmetics, and jewelry are final sale.

Get Noticed in its sole discretion reserves the right to reject returns/exchange of items that are not:

*in their original unworn/unused condition
*with all tags attached
*free of scent (perfume, smoke, or any odor etc)
*resaleable condition

Items shipped to Get Noticed for refund/exchange that are not in their original condition will be returned back to the customer without refund or exchange. Cost of shipping and handling will be charged to customer on all returns and/or exchanges.

Items are inspected prior to shipment to provide our customers with top quality merchandise.
Improper repair or service performed by someone other than Get Noticed will void the Return & Exchange Policy guarantees to the customer.
